The Greatest Movie of All-Time

There is a trend in Hollywood to release a movie on DVD as quickly as possible eschewing all the extras that normally come with it because they know people will still buy it. Two recent examples that I know of would be Ocean's Twelve and Batman Begins. Then after everyone has bought those versions because they really enjoyed those movies, the studios come out with a "Limited Collector's Edition" or something fancy like that months or years after the original. They finally include some outtakes, maybe some commentary, and of course the obligatory behind the scenes look at the filming of the movie. Latest example of this: Titanic. This is a pretty good moneymaking technique if you can get away with it and they usually do if the movie is popular enough.
Then there are the movies that don't include any extras when it's released because most people could care less about it at the time. One such movie is my favorite of all-time, Office Space. While it only made $11 million at the box office, it has become a cult classic. This growing following has prompted a release of a "Special Edition with Flair!" version which includes some deleted scenes and a Mike Judge retrospective. That doesn't sound like much to me, but I'll probably pay the 15 bucks for this new version anyway out of principal. I would have liked for them to have a film commentary with some of the actors in the movie, but I'm sure Ajay Naidu and David Herman are extremely busy with whatever great projects they are involved in currently.
Once I do succumb to its greatness and buy this version of the DVD, I will own three versions of it (Does VHS even still count as a version?) and will have watched it upwards of 100 times, which is both amazing and sad at the same time, but probably just sad. With great lines like "No talent ass-clown" and "Looks like you've been missing a lot of work lately..." just to name two, how can you not like this movie? So if you somehow do not already own this movie, go out and get the Flair edition and thank me later. It could be the best purchase you'll ever make!
